Rhea lets her work change her. She has a unique ability to approach design with deep empathy and a willingness to learn to create growth in herself and those she is collaborating with. She believes change isn't always the result of a big bang. It arrives as small ripples that come from showing up to work in a thoughtful and authentic way.

Growing up the child of immigrants has given her an understanding that not all systems are built with everyone in mind. It's this understanding that allows her to bring an openmindedness to her work. That helps her craft ethical containers and space for diversity of thought. You can see this unique approach impacting J5's collaboration with Alberta Health Services and the United Ways Social Impact Lab.
