Erika is a designer who infuses energy into every project and collaboration she is a part of. Grateful to be given the opportunity to solve wicked problems, she is inspired by the potential we have to effect change through our work at J5.
Whether it's hanging off the side of a mountain or running engagements through the Social Impact Lab, Erika is an adventurer at heart, with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. You will always find her swimming in the deep end, where the opportunity to learn is the greatest. Her genuine curiosity about people and her ability to apply multiple lenses to problems has made her an invaluable member of our team.
Her interdisciplinary perspective is propelled by her values of inclusion and diversity related to the creative process. Her passion to create connections between both ideas and people furthers all of the work she touches.
