Riley loves to learn about learning—so much so that he pursued a Master’s degree in Education. During his time within the education system, Riley strived to place the students at the centre of the programs he designed and using his passion for storytelling and the creative process he helped them realize their full potential.

After the sudden loss of his son Collin in 2018, Riley dedicated his life to creating love, connection, and community, the three things he experienced the most through his time of grief. Now, through his work with J5 and Dad's in Grief dadsingrief.com, Riley has managed to create these three things in abundance for his clients, co-workers, and himself.

A farm kid from Stavely, Alberta with a Musical Theatre background, Riley has a unique ability to use creativity to navigate some of society's biggest challenges.
