Trained as an urban planner, Pam's desire to understand the impact environment has on our health led her to service design. Working primarily in social innovation at J5, this natural empath uses her unique ability to be an active listener to tackle some of society's most challenging issues.

Not one to miss a yoga class, Pam is committed to a practice of mindfulness alongside a life of adventure. Whether it's hiking the rocky mountains or facilitating a new future, she is always aware of her environment and committed to creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

She has had a huge impact during her time at J5 on initiatives such as the Pay What You Want Market, Planet Youth Indigenous Youth Wellbeing Circles, and The Social Impact Lab Alberta. Her knack for understand both people and the spaces they're in continues to enhance projects across the company.
