Jaclyn, or Jax, approaches everything with an open mind and an abundance of energy. Although her beginnings are rooted in visual communication and graphic design, her problem-solving mindset and desire to think more about the strategy behind the work lead to a career in Service Design.
Hailing from Sydney, Australia, her passion for adventure and new experiences lead Jax to the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and eventually to J5. The ultimate collaborative player (and hype woman), Jax is comfortable living in ambiguity and helping the team see and celebrate the small victories, found on the road to major change.
