Through on-site observation, workshops, and prototyping, we explored how space, flow, and service delivery could create a more welcoming, efficient, and healing environment in collaboration with Foothills Primary Care.

The resulting design not only improved patient experience and access to care but also supported provider well-being, ensuring the clinic can deliver high-quality care sustainably.
